• If you subscribe during the trial, billing starts based on the plan you choose.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until your subscription expires.

If you are on a free trial, you can cancel at any time without any charges. Simply contact our support team or use the cancellation option in your account.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 General Refund Terms

All subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we offer refunds in specific circumstances as outlined below.

2.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios

Because EasyBook is a subscription service, payments are typically non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except where required by law or where we explicitly approve a refund in writing.

• Technical issues preventing access to the service for more than 24 consecutive hours
• Duplicate charges
• Wrong plan charged due to a proven billing error
• Service outages lasting more than 72 hours in a billing month
If a refund is approved, it will typically be processed back to the original payment method where possible.

2.3 Plan changes (upgrade/downgrades)

• Upgrades may take effect immediately (and you may be charged a prorated difference, depending on billing setup).
• Downgrades usually apply at the next renewal date.
